Tatsuji (達治) was an ANBU, working in Konohagakure until the day he was lost on a mission.
Appearance
Tatsuji has long chin length grey-coloured hair and his bangs hang over his forehead. He is seen wearing a Amegakure flak jacket with a large scarf around his neck. He also has small black eyes that have a small very thin black marking underneath them.
Abilities
Tatsuji is a very skilled Shinobi being able to infiltrate Amegakure (even though Pain is there) without being found out. He is also very strong considering he is a trusted member of Konohagakure's Anbu.
Part II
Twelve Guardian Ninja Arc
He was later found by the Anbu with Danzō Shimura. He was supposed to give him information, but was a double agent for years and got information from Amegakure for Koharu and Homura.
