Tatsuji (達治) was an ANBU, working in Konohagakure until the day he was lost on a mission.
Appearance
Tatsuji has long chin length grey-coloured hair and his bangs hang over his forehead. He is seen wearing a Amegakure flak jacket with a large scarf around his neck. He also has small black eyes that have a small very thin black marking underneath them.

Tatsuji is a powerful shinobi, whose skills allowed him to infiltrate Amegakure, a village known for being almost impossible to penetrate, due to Pain's tight control over the populace. He also was a trusted member of the Konohagakure's Anbu.
Part II
Twelve Guardian Ninja Arc
He was later found by the Anbu with Danzō Shimura. He was supposed to give him information, but was a double agent for years and got information from Amegakure for Koharu and Homura.
