Jinchuuriki forms

Like Naruto, Gaara and Sora, shouldn't she (and Kira Hachi) have their own Jinchuuriki form pages as well? Omnibender 17:15, 22 August 2008 (UTC)

If you go ahead and make it sure. For her and Kira Hachi I couldn't think of how I would make it. I guess it would be similar to Gaara's.--TheUltimate3 20:55, 22 August 2008 (UTC)

Third databook

I was able to find a scan of Yugito's article in the third databook (thanks to whoever uploaded it). If you want to see it, go here. I'll add some of the details. --ShounenSuki 19:43, 5 September 2008 (UTC)

Shouldn't it be stated that Yugito became a jinchuuriki when she was two years old? That was stated in the third databook.

Seven-Tails

Who is the one with the Seven Tails. I heard it was a female character, so what's her name? --98.183.183.210 20:18, 18 October 2008 (UTC)

We are not sure, one of the newest manga chapters showed a picture of nine Jinchūriki. You can look at that picture at Jinchūriki, that is all we have. Jacce 20:50, 18 October 2008 (UTC)

The name of the seven tails jinchuriki is Fu and she lives in takigakure

30 min

"However, after a 30 minute unseen battle"

Where got this? I thought it was Jashin ceremony which took 30 minutes.

You are right. I have no clue how that came here. Jacce 17:58, 24 October 2008 (UTC)

Slanted eyes

How are her eyes in any way an aspect of the Two-Tails? Her eyes are no more slanted than the Fourth Hokage's or Gaara's. Konan and Sasuke also have about the same shape eyes as Yugito. --ShounenSuki (talk | contribs) 08:23, 23 February 2009 (UTC)

I think it meant "Slitted" eyes like a cat normally would have slitted eyes, Or, as a better example, Kyuubi Naruto's slitted Eyes.--Vampier Master (talk) 03:07, 12 August 2009 (UTC)
That's nice, but she doesn't have those either... --ShounenSuki (talk | contribs) 09:59, 12 August 2009 (UTC)

Forbidden Transformation

Is Yugito forbidden to transform into her full form, like Killer Bee? It doesn't say clearly. Yatanogarasu 04:08, 20 July 2009 (UTC)

Is she really in Naruto Shippūden: Narutimate Accel 3?

Under her trivia it says she is going to be in it, but when I go under the confirmed characters she is not one of them? this is confusing? Hidan13 (talk) 05:44, 3 August 2009 (UTC)

control over two-tails?

ok in the anime it states the only shinobi who can fully control there biju are yagura, madara, hashirama, and killer bee.but under yugito's page it states she also has full power over her beast and that killer bee looks up to her.whats with the inconsistency--cobra (talk) 03:05, 1 September 2009 (UTC)

There's no inconsistency, you just need to read it more closely.
Danzō said: "To begin with, those who could really control the Tailed Beast at their own will where once Madara Uchiha and the First Hokage Hashirama... and also, in a way, the Fourth Mizukage Yagura... and the Raikage-dono's younger brother, Killer Bee" (「そもそも尾獣を本当の意味でコントロールできたのはかつてのうちはマダラと初代火影柱間…それに四代目水影のやぐら…雷影殿の弟キラービーぐらいだった」).
The databook says about Yugito: "At the end of the detestable training she was put through, she had grown to the point where she could control her 'Tailed Beast' transformation at her own will" (「厭忌の対象とされるも修業の末、自らの意志で゛尾獣゛化を制御できるほどに成長」).
Yugito could only fully control her Tailed Beast transformation. Madara, the First Hokage, the Fourth Mizukage, and Killer Bee are said to be able to actually control Tailed Beasts. --ShounenSuki (talk | contribs) 07:02, 1 September 2009 (UTC)

Fire Release

Um, since when does Yugito have Fire natured chakra through the Two-Tailed Monster Cat? It's not even listed in the Two-Tails's page! This information should be removed...--NejiByakugan360 16:40, September 6, 2009 (UTC)

Nii

I,ve read that Nii means brother or sister while here it says it means second place. I barely know anything about Japanese but is the Kanji or kana different so that it translates to this, someone please explain--Nintendo-Fan (talk) 03:00, January 18, 2010 (UTC)Nintendo-Fan

I know nothing of the kanji for brother or sister, but the kanji used is 二 (literally meaning: Two). Japanese words can be said the same way, but are usually spelled (both Roman letter-ly and kanji) differently.--TheUltimate3 (talk) 06:08, January 18, 2010 (UTC)
Nii () is a common abbreviation for onii-san (お兄さん), which indeed means older brother. Yugito's family name is Nii (二位), which means second place. They are written with different kanji, although their kana and rōmaji are the same. They can be considered homophones, although there is a slight difference in pronunciation: 兄 is pronounced as /ni:/, with a lengthened I-sound, while 二位 is pronounced as /nii/, with a doubled I-sound. --ShounenSuki (talk | contribs) 08:17, January 18, 2010 (UTC)
thanks for clearing it up.--Nintendo-Fan (talk) 08:22, January 18, 2010 (UTC)Nintendo-Fan

Small!?!?

How is that huge cat counted as 'a smaller version of the Two-Tails!?!?!?!' Thomas Finlayson (talk) 01:39, June 12, 2010 (UTC)

Compared to the size other jinchūriki took when entering their full or near-full transformation, the Two-Tails Yugito turned into was indeed small. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 02:19, June 12, 2010 (UTC)
Then could that qualifier be put in? Thomas Finlayson (talk) 03:48, June 12, 2010 (UTC)

Appearance

Under her appearance it says she wears a black and white shirt. I'm pretty sure its purple and she even has a flower on it.24.125.209.189 (talk) 23:16, January 30, 2011 (UTC)FishBoy

Nii... or Nī?

So, this may sound a bit stupid to people who have studied Japanese, but is there a reason that Yugito's name is spelled Nii instead of ? Just curious. Seeing as Mei's article is spelled Terumī, I found it interesting that no one had not done the same to this article. --- Illuminated Void (talk)

I believe it's because of the kanji used in her last name. The romanization like it happens with Mei's name is like that because a single kanji is pronounced like that. In this case, the second "i" is the pronunciation of the second kanji of her surname. That's just my theory though, you're better off waiting for Seelentau or ShounenSuki to answer. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 01:30, November 6, 2011 (UTC)
You're almost right. If it were 'ou' or 'uu', you'd be correct, but 'ii' is a different case. Lengthened i's in Japanese always get romanised as 'ii', except when they are lengthened by a chōon (ー), which is the case with the Mizukage's name. —ShounenSuki (talk | contribs | translations) 02:20, November 6, 2011 (UTC)
Ah, I understand now. Thank you for responding so quickly. (: Also, I apologize for asking suck a n00b-ish question. --- Illuminated Void (talk)
Unless you also do some translation, I don't think this would qualify as a noobish question. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 23:02, November 7, 2011 (UTC)

No; I used to study Japanese on and off (haven't done so in quite awhile), so I just wasn't sure. Thank you for enlightening me, though. (: --- Illuminated Void (talk)

Speed.

Should we mention how B talks about how she's faster now then she was in life? Although he may be referring to her speed, maybe he means she's more.. Oh what's the word.. Full of zip? Hahaha, only words that are coming to mind x_x I mean like, during life she was a bit more relaxed after her training but now that she's being "controlled", she putting 100% into it? Uggh.. It's nearly Midnight, but surely someone gets what I mean! ^^ SusanooUnleashed (talk) 10:53, December 1, 2011 (UTC)

Uhm... done, I think. XD--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol 11:57, December 1, 2011 (UTC)

Done.. Where? o_O SusanooUnleashed (talk) 12:08, December 1, 2011 (UTC)

This is when I thought I remembered it being mentioned in her article. Apparently it isn't.--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol 12:23, December 1, 2011 (UTC)

Oh, I see xD SusanooUnleashed (talk) 12:27, December 1, 2011 (UTC)

Anyone..? SusanooUnleashed (talk) 10:40, December 2, 2011 (UTC)

As a reference to what I mean: "Yugitos moving much quicker then she ever did in life, that's a surprise" - Killer B.

So either this means her physical speed, or her personality as in how relaxed she was about things. SusanooUnleashed (talk) 10:43, December 2, 2011 (UTC)

Well I'll just add something somewhere.. Not sure where it would exactly be placed but we can always sort that out. SusanooUnleashed (talk) 07:16, December 3, 2011 (UTC)

Well, since I made this edit because of this then I guess we could also make something like what I did on Yagura's page and say she became quicker after her resurrection? Joshbl56 07:24, December 3, 2011 (UTC)

Food >.<

So, I was just wondering.. Why does there need to be a link to "Milk" in the section of her favourite foods? Fair enough with tekkadon, as not everyone would know what that is, but milk? I'm pretty sure there's only one type of milk and going from her cat theme, even if there was any other sort of milk, I'm sure no one would get confused to which she'd prefer.. Is it really necessary to be there? SusanooUnleashed (talk) 11:22, December 22, 2011 (UTC)

Not really. Though it's not hurting any if it stays, it wouldn't be missed it you removed it.--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol 12:59, December 22, 2011 (UTC)

tailed beast skill

umm, considering wev'e barely seen anything outta yugito, how do we know her tailed beast gives her the ability to breathe fire? i mean in her full nibi form she can shoot fireballs but thats like bee transforming into the hachibi and using bijuu dama it's not an ability granted to her by the nibi. that rat hairball thing is just a fire jutsu like saske's housenka. i think saying her bijuu allows her to breathe fire is being a bit rash don't you all think?98.26.243.10 (talk) 08:57, December 25, 2011 (UTC)

Her ability to use fire could be like Bee's ability to use ink, in that it's something they gain from being a jinchuriki. Until proven otherwise, we are going to keep it. Joshbl56 10:21, December 25, 2011 (UTC)

kay then.98.26.243.10 (talk) 10:23, December 25, 2011 (UTC)
