Blade of Wind

This technique pretty much looks like Baki's Wind Release technique. Does anyone oppose redirecting this technique there? Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 19:18, February 11, 2012 (UTC)

Nope. It'll save us an unnamed technique article.--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol 19:32, February 11, 2012 (UTC)

I disagree, they don't look anything alike in my opinion.--Deva 27 19:33, February 11, 2012 (UTC)

I don't recall this scene very well, in fact I only know what this technique looks like because of the uploaded images. From that, it looks the same as Blade of Wind to me: user makes a length of wind from their hand, they send it towards their opponent. What do you find different between them Deva? Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 20:09, February 11, 2012 (UTC)
Blade of Wind is a sword. This is a wave of wind that Danzo sends at the opponent by swinging his hand.--Deva 27 23:36, February 11, 2012 (UTC)

When Danzo used his wind techniques, he always takes a deep breath before. This time, he just slashes through the air, without blowing the chakra out of his mouth.Norleon (talk) 23:03, February 11, 2012 (UTC)

Hey, it could be possible that the Vacuum Wave can be performed with either the mouth or the hand, as in variation. Why not use that as a basis to merge? They are pretty much the same technique, if only the difference is the hand vs. mouth. Yatanogarasu (Talk) 23:30, February 11, 2012 (UTC)

Ah, Deva's right, it's called an "invisible sword" which this isn't. I say either just let it as it is or merge as Yantanogarasu suggests.--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol 23:44, February 11, 2012 (UTC)
But isn't that invisible sword sort of throw as well? In the image we have of Hayate being hit, I can see multiple streams of wind in different directions. Like multiple slashes. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 17:04, February 13, 2012 (UTC)
That wasn't in the manga though, it just looked like he was going to slash him with his fingers. In the anime, Hayate is still very close to Baki, the streams are coming from the wind surrounding his hand.--Deva 27 17:29, February 13, 2012 (UTC)

It could also be Wind Release: Wind Cutter Technique. So do we merge, delete, or leave it as it is? I mean, we eventually merged Kurotsuchi's technique of raising earth into spikes into an already existing Earth Release: Earth Flow Spears. Yatanogarasu (Talk) 02:28, February 18, 2012 (UTC)
