Technique

From what I saw of this "technique" it looked like an odd body flicker. It's 'raining' in only one area and his body doesn't seem to emerge from the water, he just appears there. Could anyone else give it a look? It just sounds odd to hide in the rain.--Cerez365^™(talk) 10:38, June 18, 2012 (UTC)

From what i observed it appears that it rains and then he appears from the rain and it seemingly washes away his cover or along those lines its hard to distinguish what it actually does. --Zenryoku90 (talk) 15:25, July 31, 2012 (UTC)
