From what I saw of this "technique" it looked like an odd body flicker. It's 'raining' in only one area and his body doesn't seem to emerge from the water, he just appears there. Could anyone else give it a look? Technique
From what I saw of this "technique" it looked like an odd body flicker. It's 'raining' in only one area and his body doesn't seem to emerge from the water, he just appears there. Could anyone else give it a look? It just sounds odd to hide in the rain.--Cerez365™
