The kanji 颶風 can mean, tornado, hurricane, or typhoon. Considering this technique is partially based in water, I think typhoon would be the most relevant literal translation. B RANK?
rasengan by it self is A how can a combination with it be B RANK?????
- Maybe the Rasengan can be replaced by another, lower-ranked technique with similar effect. --ShounenSuki (talk | contribs) 11:14, November 27, 2009 (UTC)
I think this should be at least A rank. it completely stopped kakuza's fire and wind blast technique that a B rank jutsu (Water Encampment Wall) barely slowed down so how can this jutsu be of the same rank as that?
I agree, futon rasengan is apparently s class acording to kakashi, stating that if naruto can combine his mastered shape manipulation with elemental manipulation he can create an s rank technique, possibly higher, the higher probably reffering to fuuton rasengan shuriken.
