conflict[]
considering ganryu's age(by the look of him, he cant be any younger then 50)could this "tragedy" have started, or be a possible byproduct of the enmity of the second tsuchikage and mizukage stated in the manga?, i dunno, its just a theory.--Caseather (talk) 22:46, December 30, 2011 (UTC)
- Not enough to say. Its anime only and was never expanded to include their rivalry in the episode. The fact that Kiri requested Iwa's help at all is an enigma that only the anime creators would do.Umishiru (talk) 23:04, December 30, 2011 (UTC)
- No, Iwakagure was known for their underhanded tactics which is what this anime episode is drawing from as well as Onoki's change of heart in the manga. What is strange is that not only did Kiri ask for help, a village with no political ties prior to the Fourth War would ask Iwa, the village known to be the least trustful.Umishiru (talk) 23:20, December 30, 2011 (UTC)
- I do not know about Mu who probably became that way since was probably in the same generation as Madara which was a war filled generation before the foundation of the hidden Villages but Madara underhandedness which is covered in the manga is what made Onoki so untrusting of other villages.Umishiru (talk) 23:43, December 30, 2011 (UTC)
I doubt it as Kiri and Iwa knew each other going back to the The Second Mizu and Tsuchikage, who hated Muu due to his well you guessed it underhandedness, So I doubt he kept his village in the dark about how Muu ran Iwa.Umishiru (talk) 23:43, December 30, 2011 (UTC)
