Being affiliated with a country, village, or organisation simply means you have a somewhat official connection to it. There is no need to actually serve the country, or even be loyal to it. Simply being born there is enough. --ShounenSuki ^{(talk | contribs)} 08:20, February 16, 2010 (UTC)
