What about this cover?

Extremely fake. Not only is the art quality really bad, it has the following errors:

Both of Sasuke's eyes "point up". That same scene in the chapter, one points up and the other points down. All following appearances, both point down.
The volume name to the left, under the paw print, reads "Naruto vs. Itachi". That's the title of volume 58.
The scroll saying which volume this is, right on top of the "Jump Comics", it also reads volume 58.

Basically, someone used the volume 58 as a template to draw a cover for that volume, and lots of people were gullible enough to believe it. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 00:24, April 10, 2012 (UTC)
