## Kanji

The kanji for the technique: "口寄せ　拷問部屋". I believe it's "Kuchiyose Gōmon Heya", which means exactly "Torture Chamber" NiLFS (talk) 02:42, May 15, 2010 (UTC)

Despite this being called a summoning technique, the episode very clearly portrays it as a genjutsu. I think it should be edited accordingly. --Ech0six (talk) 20:10, May 21, 2010 (UTC)

It was never stated to be genjutsu.--Deva 27 (talk) 20:14, May 21, 2010 (UTC)
Ibiki said he could feel the pain. Also, the surrondings change. When the Pain caught in the jutsu, destroy it, a puff of smoke could be seen arround his body. At the same time everything, inclunding the light/shadow on his body altered. And at the end there was no evidence of a real solid cage. So i think it was a Genjutsu L Mars (talk) 20:46, May 21, 2010 (UTC)
The fact that he called it a Summoning means it is classified as summoning for now. The smoke also appears when summonings are dispelled. The torture chamber may also have a certain jutsu applied to it which creates such images, as well as the light and dark changes. The cage itself creates light/dark contrast. --GoDai (talk) 20:50, May 21, 2010 (UTC)

Wasn't it rather called "Kuchiyose: Gōmonbeya"?--LeafShinobi (talk) 17:26, March 26, 2011 (UTC)

I think it has to do with rendaku. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 18:51, March 26, 2011 (UTC)
