Where was this name ever used in the episode? Who came up with this? Darksusanoo (talk) 18:29, January 10, 2013 (UTC)

No idea, sounds cool though. Could be something taken from the Japanese wiki I suppose. We sometimes use their titles for reference when we don't know what to call things. Still, we often name unnamed techniques after the thing that made/powered them. That's the basis for basically all the tailed beast named skills and the gelel rasengan. --Hawkeye2701 (talk) 18:32, January 10, 2013 (UTC)
Not from the Japanese Wikipedia. The name is purely descriptive. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 19:36, January 10, 2013 (UTC)
The heaven part is not descriptive. What part of this jutsu has anything to do with heaven. Munchvtec 17:01, January 13, 2014 (UTC)munchvtec
Because "Ama no Hoko" means "spear of heaven" and it was what turned Naruto 2 into that hydra, so this technique got named after that--Elveonora (talk) 17:18, January 13, 2014 (UTC)

Oh now I see, sorry for the misunderstanding. Munchvtec 19:16, January 15, 2014 (UTC)munchvtec
