Steel maybe?

I know this might be touching too much on speculation, but maybe this technique is used with the steel-like qualiy transformation used similar to what is applied in Steel Release: Impervious Armor? Seeing how they can cut through rock, and Hiruko had no other major techniques besides the kekkei genkai he stole. --GoDai (talk) 01:42, November 19, 2010 (UTC)

He had the juinjutsu he used on Kakashi, and the sky projection genjutsu. And of course the Chimera Technique. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 23:17, November 19, 2010 (UTC)
isn't this tech all ranges? also shouldn't it be A-Rank? —This unsigned comment was made by Fatboygaming (talkcontribs) .
It was only shown being used long-range. Just because it can be used long-range, doesn't mean it is used short-range. Ranks are given in databooks, movie techniques are not listed in databooks, ergo movie techniques have no ranks. Only possible way they could have ranks is if they gave ranks of the techniques in the movie, which they don't. This technique doesn't have an official name, do really think it would have a rank?
