No anime Edit

I have not even realized till now that this guy has not appeared in anime at all ... How is it ? Why was he not animated ? Also, is there a page with all characters/other stuff that appreared in manga but did not appear in the anime ? I dont mean "yet to come" stuff ... but past things.
