My sysop senses are tingling...
I'm trying to move this to Naruto: Rise of a Ninja, but I keep getting the following message: "This page has been protected from editing, because it is included in the following pages, which are protected with the "cascading" option turned on: $2". What does that mean and how might someone go abouts fixing it? ~SnapperTo 04:51, 9 April 2009 (UTC)
- Cascade protection. We used to use Narutopedia:Title Blacklist and cascade protection to protect pages from creation. There were a few articles which people just kept spamming so we blacklisted. We have page creation protection now so the title blacklist isn't needed any more.
- If you want the specifics, cascade protection is a protection mode which also autoprotects all the pages which are included in it. So if we cascade protected Narutopedia then all the templates on it would also be protected so that people couldn't vandalize it by editing one of the templates.

It should be mentioned that XBL no longer supports the DLC for this game since Ubisoft lost it's distribution rights for Naruto.
