I watched the OVA again and realised he's got more techniques than what's in his info box. Most of this stuff is from his fight with Sasuke and Naruto.

-He used Hiding in Camoflage Technique

-Apart from changing a clone into multiple water pellets...or whatever, he did a similar thing turning himself/or a clone into water tendrils which looked like Water Release: Water Fang Bullet to attack Naruto.

-Although its not a Jutsu he was pretty fast at swimming since he used it to avoid Sasuke's fire attacks.

Also I think for his Ice Darts attack, it sounds like Suiton: Rekku Suigeki
