Since puppets themselves are just tools then the person using them will have whatever they use as tools. I do see your point with the flamethrower since we haven't actually seen kankuro using his puppets flamethrower (or have we?) I think we should take it off. Joshbl56 19:49, November 16, 2011 (UTC)
