Uhm, I'm not too sure what we're basing the parent technique but wouldn't it be better to classify it as a related tech than a derived one? It seems sorta defeatist to create a technique with so much shape manipulation and then just release a stream of fire. To me at least these seem more akin to the Earth Release: Ultra-Added-Weight Rock Technique and Earth Release: Ultralight-Weight Rock Technique.--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol 18:28, February 23, 2012 (UTC)

I agree. Given their naming style, I think it should be a related jutsu instead.--Deva 27 18:34, February 23, 2012 (UTC)
If anything, I'd say they're sibling techniques, which would place this as a derived technique of GFB as well. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 18:40, February 23, 2012 (UTC)

this technique is much more reminiscent of Fire Release: Fire Dragon Flame Bullet then it is fireball jutsu. maybe its a derivative jutsu? Iowndisciti (talk)

I disagree, that jutsu is shaped liked a dragon's head, this one isn't.--Deva 27 22:13, February 28, 2012 (UTC)

what's the difference between this and great fire annihilation?-- (talk) 16:56, March 8, 2012 (UTC)

So far, Annihilation is short-ranged but wide, while destruction is long-ranged but narrow. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 02:09, March 10, 2012 (UTC)

Actually, in the description, it states, can set a wide area ablaze and it also describes it as a SEA of flames, not a rivery line.. It is also all ranges, so, i thinkthis is more powerful than great aniallation--Aeonophic (talk) 13:52, September 9, 2012 (UTC)Aeonophic

This fires a stream of continuous fire while the other technique creates a wall of fire ball looking things.--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol(talk) 13:55, September 9, 2012 (UTC)

Advanced Fire Release

Someone keeps deleting my edit to make this a advanced fire release. In Madara's article it is already mentioned that this technique is a advanced fire release so why delete it in this technique's page?--ElvinWindSword (talk) 07:26, September 22, 2013 (UTC)ElvinWindSword

It was never stated as such. If anything it shouldn't be in Madara's article.--TheUltimate3 Allied Shinobi Forces Symbol (talk) 11:18, September 22, 2013 (UTC)
