Strength
I do not have a link to the 2nd Databook, but does it actually say that his strength is needed? Can any old earth ninja use it? It may be just an inconsistincy or just a demonsrtation of how different Narutoverse humans are, but this kind of strength should have crushed Choji's chest. - Hmm...since I am the only one speaking, I guess I will devise some counterarguments. 'How could that huge rock be lifted in the first place if not with immense strength?' Answer: in a manner similiar manner to this without snapping the spine. Using jutsu to negate the weight. Hypothetically you could emit chakra from your palms as an additional force. I just checked the page history, and from what I see, this is here since the first revision, which appears very much like a short databook entry.
