This technique, as well as Crystal Release: Cylinder Crush are a part of Crystal Release: Crystal Pentagonal Prison.

At about 0:18 of this trailer, Guren uses this under the name of Shōton: Kesshō Gokkakuro.
  • Another possibility is that this technique under a fan name but has a real one. --NejiByakugan360 01:12, January 4, 2010 (UTC)
Dude they are completely different, get over it. They DO NOT look anything like or related to Crystal Pentagonal Prison. Gods Crossing is different than the thorns one which follows the opponent wherever they're going. In case you didn't notice which of course you didn't, this content was only shown in a trailer which none of the content in it was shown minus the Yukimaru part. In the trailer, Deidara shown show along with the Konoha ninja and that didn't happen. ~OmegaRasengan

I give up, do whatever you want. --NejiByakugan360 01:28, January 4, 2010 (UTC)

Wait, never mind :P. The gods crossings look like thorns, that grow, AND that follow the target. Re=watch the part where Guren fights the Sanbi. When she uses it, it GROWS when it touched and before it touched the target. They also acted like thorns when it touched the Sanbi's body, and they broke because it was hard.--NejiByakugan360 01:32, January 4, 2010 (UTC)

Re-watch episode 104 when Kakashi was fighting Guren, looks nothing like Gods Crossing. ~OmegaRasengan
