minato

is this tech just make madara to lost control of nine tail ? i think madara use his genjutsu to control him. —This unsigned comment was made by Jumpjet (talkcontribs) .

The answers to your questions can be found in the article. Madara summoned the Nine Tails → Minato uses the Contract Seal → Nine Tails is no longer under Madara's control. ~ Fmakck© (Images | contribs) 11:33, April 23, 2011 (UTC)

Certain Situations?

This technique would pretty much be useless in any other situation, right? The only other situation like Madara controlling the Nine-Tails i can think of, is when Sasuke controlled Manda, where it will also brake his control. But most, if not all of the summoners are on terms with their summon, and have no control over them, their summon willingly fights for their cause. Or does this technique somehow brake the contracts the summoner has made with the creature he summons? 95.42.189.91 (talk) 02:52, August 13, 2011 (UTC)

Removal of Hashirama Senju

should Hashirama Senju be removed from the list of users, the manga seems to contradict the anime here, so should it be considered cannon? --92.28.41.191 (talk) 14:59, March 2, 2013 (UTC)

It is already only listed as anime only, so it should be fine. It wasn't really "canon" to begin with.--BeyondRed (talk) 15:50, March 2, 2013 (UTC)
He used it in a medium, so we have to note it.--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol(talk) 17:25, March 2, 2013 (UTC)

Sharingan

Both times this technique was used, it just brought the summon out of the sharingan's genjutsu control. So does it really take the summon out of the user's control since summoners are already on good terms with there summons Riptide240 (talk) 22:21, February 21, 2014 (UTC)

To make it more clear, im basically asking that if A used a contract seal on B, B's summon wouldn't be affected unless the summon didn't willingly sign the contract and was forced to through genjustu or something'Riptide240 (talk) 22:32, February 21, 2014 (UTC)
Wouldn't say so. I don't think it would make sense for this technique to be called "Contract Seal" if the only thing it did was break Sharingan genjutsu based control. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 12:08, February 22, 2014 (UTC)
