This article is using false information on the jutsu name. The jutsu name itself is a fan name as was previously used by Wind Release: Ten Tearing Palms. The proper kanji (or rather, two potential versions of the kanji) needs to be derived, and literally translated. As well there is an "English TV" translation listed here, but that is an obvious piece of false information as the english anime has not caught up to this filler arc yet. ~NOTASTAFF Daniel Friesen (DanTMan, Nadir Seen Fire) (talk) Dec 27, 2008 @ 03:15 (UTC)

Actually, as u stated that this name was fan made, then they must have messed up the name..... the japanese one anyways. the word reppou does not exist, but reppu does and it means violent wind. so technically this fan made name is actually correct! to some extent anyway... --AMTNinja 04:08, 27 December 2008 (UTC)

Just need this much cleared up then this thing is easily translatable. Its Jũha ReppŪ or ReppŌ Shō? Cause if its the former, than its Beast Wave Violent Wind Palm, and if its the latter, it might as well be untranslatable as I don't know what Reppõ means.--TheUltimate3 05:24, 27 December 2008 (UTC)

as i said already, reppo does not exist, but reppu does! and the fansubs just may have worded it wrong! so yes, basically its Beast Wave Violent Wind Palm. --AMTNinja 08:55, 27 December 2008 (UTC)

I'd be glad to look up the true pronunciation and any possible meaning, but I don't feel like looking through all those episodes. Does anyone know in what episode this technique was first used?
And no, it wasn't episode 56. That information is wrong. --ShounenSuki 16:49, 27 December 2008 (UTC)

shouldn't it be noted somewhere that this jutsu is similar to the Chakra Arms?--ようこそ地獄へ - "Yōkoso jigoku e." ("Enter the Hell of Darknesslover") 00:14, December 14, 2010 (UTC)
