Tools that are in Games Listed as JutsuEdit

I'm confused. Why is stuff like this that is not a jutsu listed as such. shouldn't it be in the tools section. Do they use it during a fight as a 'Move' or something? Simant (talk) 17:56, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
