No manga usage

Attention, please. Since I had to explain this matter in the German NP again, I thought of explaining it here, too: Tenten did not use this in the Manga to destroy the creature. It was Asuma's wind Jutsu who did that. Look at this, please. As you can see, Asumas technique and the wind that destroys the creature are the same. The direction of the creature's destruction shows that it's Asuma's technique who destroys it, not Tenten. Also, what Tenten's saying shows that she just found the fan and is happy about Asuma destroying the creature. I know this is only a small matter, but I think it should be changed. In the anime she clearly did it though--Elveonora (talk) 23:42, August 28, 2012 (UTC)

Sigh, this is confusing. I believe that it was in fact Asuma's technique that took it out but this as discussed at great lengths and along with the Viz translation where she said "I", it was decided to go with her using it.--Cerez365Hyūga Symbol(talk) 00:29, August 29, 2012 (UTC)

Maybe "in the anime, Tenten did destroy the mask, while in the manga, it was Asuma's gust wind something no jutsu thingy"--Elveonora (talk) 00:48, August 29, 2012 (UTC)

Like Cerez said, this is one of the cases we have to go with the Viz translation, which points at her being the one to do it. Besides, one of the things in the image that doesn't add up is the location. Asuma was on land, Tenten was on water. Asuma was higher up than Tenten, if it had been his attack, it would have come from up, but the technique is parallel to the ground, so it can't really be his. It can't be Tenten's Jutsu, too. Look at the direction of impact, the wind isn't coming from her direction, either. I will try and look into the Japanese text later today, maybe I can find anything Seelentau 愛 05:44, August 29, 2012 (UTC)

umm i'd have to say in the manga it does in fact look like it was asuma's technique, however the anime shows it as hersi mean jeez it showed her making it in the first place, and the wind that made asuma's technique was grey while the wind from tenten's technique was clear, and even the directionality of it mached kinkaku's fire technique. so i suggest we make it a anime manga diference type thing. Kinkaku's Fire Release technique performed with the fan didn't come from his direction either, it came from his side, way from his left. Omnibender - Talk - Contributions 22:47, August 29, 2012 (UTC)
