Team Jutsu Fire Release Co-Operation Technique: Garuda Multiple Phantom Shuriken

They were a group of spies from Takigakure, looking for the paper of Konoha's border patrol. Initially they were four, but they lost a member that apparently had been gathering intel during a battle. This deceased member managed to hide the gathered intel in a birds nest attached to a kunai. They chased after Naruto Uzumaki who had found the paper containing their intel, but he was rescued by Iruka Umino. The kunoichi were not particularly powerful enemies, although they had a plethora of techniques at their disposal such as multiple shuriken oriented techniques, wielding a swords and a fire technique. The three kunoichi were easily defeated by Kakashi Hatake using a combination of his Earth Release: Earth-Style Wall to defend against their Fire Release Co-Operation Technique: Garuda and his Lightning Cutter. They were most likely taken in for questioning after as they were seen bound and gagged afterward.

Out of the three remaining members the one with the silver grey hair acted as a leader of sorts. Tough and harsh, she gave orders with decisiveness and had no quarrels about killing Naruto and Iruka when they didn't hand over their objective.
