Tōu (トウウ) was once a member of the Twelve Guardian Ninja, appearing to be only female member of the guard.
Background
When she was still alive, she was part of the Twelve Guardian Ninja. Ten years before the start of the series, six of the members tried a coup d'etat. She, alongside Asuma Sarutobi, Chiriku, Kitane, Seito, and Nauma, fought against them, only to be killed by Kazuma when she and the three other survivors tried to use Limelight on him.
