Hiruko used this technique to move at instantaneous speeds, rapidly striking his opponents at various angles while avoiding any opposition regardless of the opponent's speed or strength. This technique is very effective against strength based close-combat taijutsu users.

Trivia

This technique is unnamed in the film, but appears on one of Hiruko's cards for the Naruto Shippūden: Narutimate Cross collectible card game.^[1]
