Suiko (水虎) is a ninja from the Takumi Village. He wears chakra absorbing armor called Infinite Armor and carries a flail around.

Ultimate Weapon arc
He and his group abducted Matsuri, Gaara's student, to get access to Gaara's Shukaku powers to revive Seimei, Takumi Village's founder. He injured Rock Lee at his entering in their battle with Gaara. He was later killed by Gaara's spear of sand that pierced him through his chest.Rock Lee and Naruto then finished the fight off-screen.
Trivia
His name, meaning "Water Tiger" comes from Byakko, the White Tiger of the West.
He is the only member of his team that does not have a sword.
