Ryoshu (Ryoshu) is the daimyō of the Land of Rice Fields otherwise known as the Land of Sound.
Background
In a bid to gain power and increase his status he began changing the policies of his country leading Orochimaru to set up a hidden shinobi village in the otherwise peaceful land.
