The Six Paths Yang Power is a power wielded by Hagoromo Ōtsutsuki and later given to Naruto Uzumaki. It is represented by a light-coloured, sun-like marking on the user's right palm.
Background
Through physical contact, Naruto was able to use the Yang Release within the seal to heal others from otherwise fatal and untreatable conditions: such as halting the effects of the Eighth Gate on Might Guy,[1] restoring Kakashi Hatake's missing eye,[2] and resuscitating a dying Obito Uchiha.[3] This ability, however, does have its limits, as showcased when Sakura Haruno acknowledged Obito's eventual demise even after he was restored by Naruto.[4] Naruto was also unable to heal the effects of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki's All-Killing Ash Bones technique on Obito, though he was seemingly capable of slowing down its effects long enough for the latter to voice his final farewells.[5]
As noted by Black Zetsu, there is a special resonance between the Six Paths Yin and Yang powers, allowing the wielders to sense each other's presence.[6] When the Yin and Yang powers are used together, they can transform their target into the core of Chibaku Tensei. When Naruto did so in conjunction with Sasuke Uchiha's Yin power, the mark on his right hand vanished, returning to Hagoromo's own right hand.[7]
