The Six Paths Senjutsu is a heightened form of senjutsu used by the Sage of the Six Paths, those who obtain his power, and the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki.
Overview
The user's physical strength, speed, stamina and regeneration are exponentially increased. The user also gains the ability to use senjutsu and fly, as well as use chakra arms and create multiple Truth-Seeking Balls (although the Truth-Seeking Balls aren't always necessarily linked with this technique). Apperance-wise, this form creates a pattern of Rinnegan and nine tomoe on the user's back, as well as cause the user to grow horns on their forehead. Upon obtaining this, the user gains complete control of all five basic nature transformations and Yin–Yang Release.[2]

Six Paths Sage Mode
Main article: Six Paths Sage Mode The Six Paths Sage Mode (六道仙人モード, Rikudō Sennin Mōdo)[3] is achieved by Naruto through utilising the Six Paths Sage Chakra. It takes on a similar appearance as his Sage Mode, Nine-Tails Chakra Mode and Tailed Beast Mode cloak. It enhances Naruto's abilities, allows him to use Truth-Seeking Balls, and enhance his Tailed Beast Mode cloak of Kurama as well.
Six Paths Ten-Tails Coffin Seal
Main article: Six Paths Ten-Tails Coffin Seal The Six Paths Ten-Tails Coffin Seal (六道十尾柩印, Rikudō Jūbi Kyū In)[4] is a sealing technique used by Madara and Obito in order to become the Ten-Tails' jinchūriki. After performing the necessary hand seals while in close proximity to the Ten-Tails' body, the beast is quickly absorbed into the user's own body. It allowed both Uchiha to use multiple Truth-Seeking Balls, and each wield half of Hagoromo's shakujō. As the jinchūriki of the Ten-Tails, both gained immense increases in their physical capabilities, as well as enhanced regenerative powers and durability, and were able to completely overwhelm their powerful adversaries.
