A mask resembling the Hannya Mask, it resided on a wall inside the Uzumaki Clan's Mask Storage Temple located on the outskirts of Konohagakure, along with twenty-six other similar-looking masks. It allows the wearer to call forth the Shinigami by possessing the user. This allows the user to perform Dead Demon Consuming Seal: Release.
