Shinga (シンガ) is the main antagonist in Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3.
Background
Having left Konohagakure, Shinga was a traitor to Konoha. He once worked as a scientist under the command of the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi. With the help of his two subordinates, he found a new jutsu of untold power, the Jibakugan. Only Shinga knew how to control this jutsu and he gained a lust for power. He created the demon, Shinki, which drains chakra from the land. The Third Hokage heard of Shinga's new discovery and felt that the jutsu was morally wrong to use on others. He banned the technique, making it a forbidden jutsu. The Third then dispatched Itachi Uchiha to arrest Shinga, but he was able to escape for they could not find his body in a mudslide. Years later, when Shinga sees Sasuke Uchiha's eyes, he believes he is Itachi.
Abilities
Shinga was once a brilliant scienist, creating a new technique called the Jibakugan. Using this technique, he could bring out the victim's negative or hateful emotions within their subconscious, and use them to his advantage.
Plot overview
Shinga merged with Shinki.
Shinga retrieves the demon, Shinki, from the Sealed Hall and merges with it. This results to Tsukigakure being wrapped around by a tree. He is later killed by the combined efforts of Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha.
