Shinga (真牙) was the main antagonist in Naruto Shippūden: Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3. He was a missing-nin from Konohagakure.
Background
Shinga once worked as a scientist under the command of the Third Hokage. With the help of his two subordinates, he created a new technique of untold power, the Jibakugan. Only Shinga knew how to control this technique, causing him to gain a lust for power. He created the demon, Shinki, which could drain chakra from the land. Hearing of Shinga's new discovery and feeling that the technique was morally wrong to use on others, the Third Hokage banned the technique and dispatched Itachi Uchiha to arrest Shinga, but he was able to escape.
