He is a hooded man, whose goal is to eliminate Sasuke Uchiha. He is also the father of Shin Uchiha.
Personality
He loathes Sasuke Uchiha and plans to kill him for both murdering Itachi Uchiha and "bringing shame to the Uchiha clan". To achieve that goal, he is willing to sacrifice innocent bystanders like Sasuke's daughter, Sarada Uchiha.
Appearance
He wears an Akatsuki cloak, dark pants, sandals and a cloak with a hood. Hidden under his hood, he has at least one Sharingan in his right eye with dark coloured sclerae. His eyelids are held open by what appears to be stitching.

After their brief scuffle, Shin returns to his father. After finding out that Sasuke's daughter, Sarada Uchiha, left Konohagakure, he orders his son to abduct her.[1]
