This article is about the anime-only ninjutsu. For OVA-only missing-nin, see Kirisame.

A technique known by a Kirigakure hunter-nin, the user makes rain which asorbs any chakra when it comes in contact with that is not of the same signature as the original user, such as Utakata's Soap Bubble Ninjutsu and Naruto's Rasengan.
