A technique known by Kirigakure hunter-nin. The user makes rain that absorbs any chakra that it comes in contact with, as long as it's not of the same signature as the original user. The effect of this technique is powerful enough to absorb Utakata's Soap Bubble Ninjutsu and Naruto's Rasengan.
