Sadai is an assailant who entered Land of Fire to capture Naho. He was on the national wanted list.
Abilities
The criminal demonstrated great Earth Release prowess. He could easily manipulate the terrain around him to box in and turn the ground into quicksand to subdue his target. He could also encase himself in a stone armor that in addition to considerably altering his appearance, gave him great resistance from most forms of attack as well as enabling him to alter the stone as makeshift weapons. Despite the density of his armor, it did not greatly effect his mobility.
With his armor removed, he was considerably faster and more agile while demonstrated great taijutsu skill, enough to force Sasuke to use his Sharingan.
