Riichi (リイチ, Riichi) is a jōnin from Konohagakure.

Appearance
Riichi has shoulder length brown hair. His eyes have very distinctive sunken look that gives him the appearance of being tired. He wears the standard attire of the Konoha shinobi inclusive of forehead protector and flak jacket.
Part II
Invasion of Pain Arc
Riichi was stationed outside the borders of Konoha as a scout, along with a small team of shinobi. After the members of his squad reports that all was well he comments that it seems as though it will be another nice day. When the Six Paths of Pain and Konan arrives, he and his team are killed. However, they are later revived when Nagato uses his Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique.
Konoha History Arc
During a flashback, it was shown that Riichi was captured by ninja from the Jōmae Village and held for ransom. He was rescued in a hostage exchange for Hanare.
