Riichi (リイチ, Riichi) works at an inn in Shukuba Town, though he has aspirations of someday owning his own hotel. "Haku Hatsu Chun" (白発中), the names of the three dragon tiles in Mahjong, is written on his forehead. When Sasuke describes Naruto and Jiraiya to him, Riichi incorrectly directs him to Buna and Shimeji.
