Rō (朧) is an Anbu of Konohagakure.
Appearance
While on duty, he wears a monkey Anbu mask.
Abilities
Ro had the unique ability to make a target's chakra appear to be smaller or larger then it actually was, or even nonexistant. He noted however, that this ability is only good at deceiving someone, and doesn't actually change the amount of chakra his target possess's. It is also useless if his target isn't participating in the deceit.
