As a last resort, Toneri (in his eyeless state) summons countless Byakugan from the disintegrated Energy Vessel and infuses it into himself. The Byakugan seemingly grants him immense power, which is claimed to be capable of bringing about the end of the world. However, the true power of this technique is never shown because Toneri is exposed to sun light, which affects the chakra in the Byakugan, making the technique highly unstable and impossible to control, also causing it to go berserk and mutate into unstable white mass, similarly to Kaguya in the Ten-Tails unstable form, however with only the face of Hamura protruding from the back.
