Shikamaru opens a scroll and lays it on the ground. He then performs the required hand seals and then taps his foot in the middle of the scroll, which summons a large amount of water that covers a wide area which, with the right timing, can be used with a Lightning Release technique. This technique can be used this to channel Lightning Release: False Darkness back at opponent.
