Otokaze (オトカゼ, Otokaze) is a jōnin-level shinobi of Sunagakure.

Appearance

He has a head of brown hair and takes to squinting. He wears the standard attire of the Suna-nin inclusive of flak jacket and forehead protector.

Invasion of Konoha Arc

Otokaze was the first to find the Fourth Kazekage's body after the failed invasion of Konoha. He alerts his fellow shinobi that had been scouring the Land of Wind in search of the Kazekage using his whistle.

• "Otokaze" can mean "sounded wind".
• He collects whistles, which he uses to gather his allies in an emergency.^[1]
