Otokaze (オトカゼ) is a jōnin of Sunagakure.

Appearance

He has spikey brown hair and his eyes take to squinting. He wears the standard attire of the Suna-nin inclusive of flak jacket and forehead protector.

Search for Tsunade

Otokaze was the first to find the Fourth Kazekage's body after the failed Konoha Crush. He alerts his fellow shinobi that had been scouring the Land of Wind in search of the Kazekage using his whistle.

Trivia

"Otokaze" can mean "sounded wind".
He collects whistles, which he uses to gather his allies in an emergency.^[1]
Oto means "sound" and Kaze means "wind" which means his name could be a reference to how Otogakure and Sunagakure teamed up to take down Konoha.
