Okyō (お京) goes to the same river where Naruto trains to learn the Summoning Technique. Jiraiya spends more time watching Okyō frolicking with her friends than he does watching Naruto.

Okyō seems to be a very happy and fun person who is always smiling.

Appearance

Okyō has long smooth brown hair that hangs over her face a bit and wears a greenish-coloured swimsuit. She is fair-skinned and has a plain face and body. She also has light-coloured eyes.
