"Nine-Tails vs. Naruto!!" (九尾VSナルト！！, Kyūbi Bāsasu Naruto!!) is chapter 497 of the original Naruto manga.
Summary
The Nine-Tailed Demon Fox attacks Naruto with a chakra blast, which is blocked by Killer B. Naruto uses that as distraction to enter Sage Mode, attacks the fox. After a combination of shadow clones and a Rasenshuriken, the fox is left vulnerable and Naruto begins to pull out its chakra. Naruto is almost overwhelmed by the fox's hatred, when Kushina Uzumaki appears.
