This page is for users to request the action or attention of one of the Narutopedia's several sysops. If you require a sysop's assistance, please leave a request under one of the following headings and a sysop will get to it as soon as they are able. You may also contact one of the Narutopedia's sysops directly; a list of the wiki's sysops can be viewed here.

  • Expansive Truth-Seeking Ball - User: Thebest423r and his/her sockpuppet account keep edit warring with others in order to insert untrue information in the article, i.e.: "A vast expanding mass of chaos with power to reshape the universe by obliterating it to nothing first," when it was stated to reshape the world.     • The user is at it again. Messaging the user didn't work, and many others reverting his edits and using edit summaries doesn't work either. It seems whenever that user's edit is undone, the user will come back hours later and just restore again. Not sure what to do anymore. Is it possible for the page to be fully protected?

      • I guess the warning I put there isn't visible to those who use Visual Editor. Bumping this request. User Narutofan92 will still not relent in restoring the same edit that multiple users have reverted.   • Naruto: Uzumaki Chronicles: Same editor keeps adding the same "overly detailed" plot overview that has been removed with clear reasoning several times by multiple editors, the editor in question doesn't seem capable of reading editor requests.   • Healing Power: Indefinite protection for a minor edit war is unnecessary. A week is more than enough, since the indefinitely protection is probably going to go unnoticed until users complain that they can't edit the page.       • The page has been protected for 10 days which is pretty long, and in that time, Sasuke and Karin's articles which have the exact same information that was being vandalised on Sarada's articles have been fine, and haven't needed protection.--Sarada Uzumaki (talk) 20:39, June 21, 2015 (UTC)
        • Don't agree with unprotection either. Not sure you've noticed, but many users have created new accounts solely to complain about the whole Sasuke/Sakura/Sarada/Karin debacle after finding out that they cannot edit the article. I've had to even flat out delete threads recently because users complain about the article in the forums. Not a risk worth taking for the wiki in my opinion.     • Obviously people seem to care enough if a on and off revert war commenced. Not to mention had a discussion went down I would have gone with his edit as Shikamaru's head isn't really necessary.       • Rex's sole contributions as of late is to edit war over the cropping of pictures.         • He likes to focus on images. See no issue with that. Regardless, I would rather wait and see if he actively ignores discussions made then just block him outright. If you'd rather see what other sysops have to say or simply do it yourself (As I know you are capable of, so this little pony show confuses me.) is up to you. But my personal stance is, if he wants the image chaged or cropped or whatever he or others can bring up a discussion. Only when images are straight up changed for no reason (Like Obito's was a few months back) would images require this much hooplah.--TheUltimate3 Eye of Rikudō (talk) 13:35, February 8, 2015 (UTC)
          • That is true, I will wait. And I only step in to an issue if there are no sysops around or it's blatant vandalism. Especially as this is in the file namespace, I would prefer sysops to deal with it first.     • Bumping for attention, also Munchvtec seems to have attitude issues by believing that he doesn't need to listen to editors unless all sysops tell him to stop doing whatever other editors are telling him to stop doing and also appears to be a magnet for trolls to come here and instigate reactions from him (because they know he will reply and not ignore them). There's also the issue that I reported to Snapper2 in which he seems to have an obsession with formatting every talkpage on the wiki which isn't necessary. --Sajuuk [Mod] talk | contribs | Channel 14:28, March 18, 2015 (UTC)
      • SuperSajuuk has refused all of my questions as to what exactly it is im doing wrong. If he's talking about the formatting on talk pages then i also see no issue with me doing that. For the troll thing, yes i do attract ONE vandal but when he comes i kindly ask him to leave and if not then i rarely speak at all. He says that 2 users asked me to stop. those two users are him and snapper2. snapper2 asked me not to delete talk page edits to which i have not done since he asked.         • You are going to have to give me more reasons than that. I have no seen him remove Talk Page edits, but if he was asked to stop and he did stop then fandidilytastic.           • I have asked him to stop going around talkpages and formatting them on a number of occasions now, because it is totally unnecessary but he believes that, unless someone other than me or Snapper2 tells him to stop as well, he can reasonably ignore the requests.
          • There's also the fact that he seems incapable of ignoring trolls and has been told quite a lot of times by people to stop doing this.
          • I don't actually see the user contributing meaningfully to the wiki, going around editing "ancient" talkpages just to format them is pointless.
          • I do believe that users have been blocked in the past (even recently) when they are showing no interest in listening to requests of other editors about their editing practices, I have told Munchvtec a lot of times to stop making pointless edits and he continues anyway, believing that it's fine to ignore editors if it's just the same ones complaining.

(Edit!Conflict!Yay!)Further, if this is the formatting you seem to have issue with, then at least in my humble opinion, he should be commended for such. Yes it is not much and probably unnecessary, but they it is by no means a bad edit.   • Daniel Bailey. I already blocked him for being a sockpuppet and evading an existing block, I'm simply placing this here for other sysops to confirm if I am correct. His edits have included: junk trivia ("stating the obvious", which he did constantly on his main account), adding overly descriptive and sometimes unneeded appearance sections, despite being asked to stop, ignoring editor requests via his talkpage and being involved in vandalism.     • Leaving a record here that the user in question decided to harass me on my YouTube channel, demanding that I lower his block on the sockpuppet because it was apparently "harsh", despite being told several times that it would not be lowered.   • RexGodwin Unnecessary and unneeded edit warring over pictures, despite several warnings to stop this behaviour. I have been told the user does this on every single wiki he visits and disrupts their communities by acting like the only pics that should be used are his own and he appears to revert war whenever people revert his unwanted changes. It has already gotten several pictures sysop locked in the past couple of months and I'm sick of dealing with him. Miscellaneous requests

  • I'd like any sysop to keep an eye on User:Kunoichi101. I don't think the reasons need to be spelled out in great detail, but I'm sick of her constantly making pointless edits. She has god-knows-how-many warnings to stop, even a recent block doesn't seem to faze her whatsoever. If she continues to make these edits, I would like a sysop to step in and just block her for a very long time. She ignores editors, she continues to make useless edits and she does not contribute in any way to improving the wiki. --Sajuuk [Mod] talk | contribs | Channel 22:11, March 11, 2015 (UTC)

      • She is not contributing. Her edits are just minor little things that don't change the page's appearance. She thinks that she's doing it in the course of the manual of style, but the thing is... that's all she does. She doesn't actually improve the content, she just keeps making edits that violate the policy of "don't make edits that don't change the page's appearances".
      • As WindStar7125 pointed out, she has been told nearly 50 times to stop and not one of the 50 warnings makes a single damn impression: she continues despite the warnings. I would encourage you (or any other sysop reading this) to start at her first archive and just read through them all and you can see that she has, over the course of 7 years, received a huge number of "stop making X edit" warnings by literally tons of people (me, Simant, UltimateSupreme, Snapper2, Fmakck, yourself, the list goes on), which she has so far demonstrated she couldn't care about.
      • Honestly, she should have been infinitely blocked a LONG time ago, she does nothing more than harm the wiki with constant edit warring (in which she always violates Revert policy, ignoring talkpage requests and overall not contributing. --Sajuuk [Mod] talk | contribs | Channel 08:47, March 12, 2015 (UTC)

          • Not making it a witch hunt and I don't plan on getting into talkpage fights either with her, I will report every bad edit she makes (I'll also advise WindStar7125 and other active rollbacks to do the same).   • Calling on the sysops to keep an eye on an editor. Based on this edit, they're likely to create a lot of redundant articles with no care for how we do things here. If they spam pages, I request the user to be blocked from the wiki, preferably indefinitely. They're just causing hassle for us and don't seem to care. --Sajuuk 20:10, July 1, 2015 (UTC)
