See also: Narutopedia:Sysop Bureaucrats are special users with the privilege to manage other users' rights on the wiki. They have ability to grant and revoke rollback, forum moderator, forum operator, and sysop rights; remove bot rights; and appoint new bureaucrats. While they cannot directly revoke another user's bureaucrat status, they can revoke their own. Bureaucrats typically also have a sysop flag so they can do everything that sysops can do
