Naruto: Gekitō Ninja Taisen! 3 is the third installment of the "Gekitō Ninja Taisen" series.

Gameplay

The game covers the events of the anime from the Invasion of Konoha Arc to the Search for Tsunade Arc. This installment introduces the ability to change forms during combat. In addition, players can now use a team of three characters against an opponent. This game keeps the shop feature from Naruto: Clash of Ninja 2. New to the system onwards to all later games is the "Chakra Cancel", where the player can tap the throw button during an attack to cancel its animation with a small amount of chakra, enabling new creative combos and loops.

The content game would be reprised in America on the Wii in the form of Naruto: Clash of Ninja Revolution, only with alternate touches.
